ONE OF THE MIDDLE...

I DECIDE..ONE MORE. TO SHOW YOU THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM.

I HAVE A LARGE 45 X 60 TABLE IN THE MIDDLE WITH CANVAS AT ONE END

WHERE I PAINT ( SAVE CANVAS LATER FOR COLLAGES). MY EMBOSSING AT THE

OTHER END, AND FABRIC MEASURING COVER IN THE MIDDLE...WITH A LIGHT ETC.

UNDER IS A RED TABLE WITH NARROW DRAWERS FOR MY STAMPS ETC.

THE OTHER PICTURE SHOWS A TALL..DARK CABINET. ITS MY GREATEST 'FIND'. A NARROW 'PIE' TURNTABLE CABINET I FOUND IN A THRIFT SHOP, GOES ROUND AND ROUND..AND MY BRUSH CABINET WITH MY ' BUST' OF RIBBONS.

SO NOW FOR SURE. THIS IS IT.

OH YEAH...I DO HAVE A TV..ITS THAT BLACK SPOT IN THE FORMER PICTURE OF THE

CORNER...CUTE LITTLE FLAT SCREEN...I LIKE TO WATCH HGTV! SOMETIMES THE

VIEW...SOMETIMES JUST MUSIC...

Q. WHAT DO YOU LISTEN TO WHILE WORKING IN YOUR STUDIO?

WELL ITS TIME TO FINISH THIS AND GET ON THE ROAD AGAIN..

so where did the small little shelves go? on a totally different wall..as you enter the studio. the small wall was perfect for these shelves.

this endeavor took 5 days to empty the studio and put in the new storage cabinets etc..and 1 month..to put back all the stuff!!!! we are out of the 'organize studio' business..for a long time!!!

time to get to work!

more studio to come..but there is more to life then my studio

I forgot to tell you I have a small shop in San Diego...so next time I will send you some

pictures of the furniture in my booth called ' Eclectics' that I paint...Eclectics was 'before AU..and before studio..and before lots of things...but it was the beginning of this journey into the land of Mixed Media Art.

I am back. Here is the picture of the AFTER for that wall. This is only about 1/8 of the studio...we will get there. the red shelf pulls down to reveal all my glues, this is my glue station.

By the time I am finished with just the studio pictures you will be tired of hearing from me....but my life has changed with mom having demenshia..and here under hospice and so you will get a peek of why i say I get by on a wing and a prayer....but love love my blog awingandapear!!!

well little by little i will get all these pictures up about the new studio...

today is my first saturday to spend with my husband because we have some help coming from hospice to watch mom...but as promised..here is the after on the wall shown as 'before'.

The Before!

today is friday february 26th and.kim has just set up my new blog. i am sooooo excited.

if i had a picture of us sitting here i would add it but since i don't...i will start with my new studio..since everyone has asked...so here is just one of the before's...i will do the rest..when poor kim leaves!!!! she is very tired!!!!
